The Polite Pig in Disney Springs is a must-visit for anyone who loves great barbecue! The meats are perfectly smoked, tender, and packed with flavor, especially the brisket and pulled pork. The wings, slider trio and bbq meatballs are phenomenal starters. Their sides, like the mac and cheese, street corn and brussel sprouts, are just as delicious and complement the meal perfectly. The service is fast and friendly, making it a great spot to grab a bite while exploring Disney Springs. Top of the list. I have reviews of BBQ places from all across the country and was not prepared for the BBQ that came out of this unassuming place at Disney Springs. Holy crap the BBQ here is on point! Yes the line looks like but it moves right along, the service was quick and helped us find a table quickly. Then the food arrived and we were blown away. The brisket was melt in your mouth with a strong smoke flavor and awesome seasoning. Sauces were excellent and offered a range of flavors to best fit your desires. My wife enjoyed the chicken and my sister loved the salad she got. The salad was huge. We will be back and I will get more of this brisket!

A bit on the pricey side, but the bbq flavors are legit! Hubby & I shared a butcher board for 2 and we could barely finish it, everything on the board was delicious, though we hardly touched the chicken since we took on the pulled pork, brisket, jalapeno sausage and sides first, would be nice if we could customize the board but it only comes with what's stated on the menu. Cornbread is soft and buttery, chili has bits of brisket(delicious!). We also added a pound of Layla's ribs, super tender meat, the run & sauce go so well with it. We also got the Grapefruit Margarita and Whiskey Sour, both were made really well, right amount of booze right amount of mixer, perfect balance.

This is my go-to place on Disney Springs! Everything on the menu is delicious and reasonably priced. Great beer, drinks and a HUGE selection of whiskey. Obviously the BBQ is the main attraction, but don’t miss the sandwiches. We had the Low & Slow Brisket Sandwich and Smoked Turkey BLT, both were incredible!

Absolutely loved this place! I tried the Smoked Turkey BLT and honestly. It was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the turkey was tender and smoky, and it just melted in my mouth. Truly unforgettable! I also had the Southern Pig, which was delicious and full of flavor, but let’s be honest, totally overshadowed by that incredible BLT. Oh... and I fell in love with their sauces, especially the Golden BBQ. I ended up buying all of them and now I’m just trying to figure out how I’m going to smuggle them back to Brazil in my suitcase... hahah! The atmosphere is fun and casual, and everything came out fast and fresh. I’d come back just for that Turkey BLT!!! No doubt!

This place was absolutely fantastic. If you love BBQ then check this place out. I had the low and slow Brisket sandwiches which was amazing. The onion straws and Jalapenos were great addition to the sandwich. My wife and daughter ended up getting the pulled pork sandwich which they said was very good. My son got the pretzel with beer cheese. He loved it. I had some of it and he t was so buttery and the cheese was very good. Drink were great as well. The different sauces were very tasty along with french fries. Will visit again for sure!!

We ate dinner here while on vacation at Disney, this is located in Disney springs. it was very busy, and I know why. The food is so good! I will definitely be back and I wish I had one where I live. I got Layla’s ribs the ribs were delicious the barbecue sauce was perfect, the coleslaw was perfect. Everyone I was with loved their food. I loved it so much I bought a shirt. The brussels sprouts were the bomb!

Nice BBQ spot conveniently located at Disney Springs in a clean atmosphere. The smoked chicken was delicious. Be prepared to wait in line for entry, however the line moved fairly quick and our food came out within 10 minutes after ordering.
